Blue Ox BX1125 Jeep Commander Baseplate

Blue Ox BX1125 baseplate was designed for 2006-2010 Jeep Commander. Blue Ox baseplates are easy on your suspension and pleasing to the eye because they are designed with hidden reinforcements. This vehicle specific baseplate is integrated into the individual bumper design of the towed vehicle. The BX1125 has removable tabs and should take a professional installer approximately 3-4 hours to install.

BX1125 Baseplate Footnotes:

• 1-Bumper fascia must be removed and replaced during installation.
• 3-Requires some minor drilling
• 9-Tow hooks must be removed and remain off after installation.
• 11-Be sure to confirm the weight of your individual vehicle before towing. Some models, depending on options and lead, may exceed the weight rating of specific tow bars. Always insure both your tow bar and hitch are adequately rated for the vehicles overall weight.
• Important Towability Note: Blue Ox offers the above baseplate for your vehicle, but how that vehicle is equipped (i.e. automatic transmission, 4-wheel drive, etc.) must be considered when determining its towability. Please read the owner's manual and/or consult your dealer for the correct towing procedures for your vehicle. Additional equipment such as a transmission pump or driveshaft disconnect may be required and are sold separately. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in damage to the towed vehicle or personal injury.
