Blue Ox Alpha 2 BX7380 Tow Bar & Baseplate BX1126 Combo (Including Wiring) for Jeep Wrangler

This pre-selected package of parts for the Jeep Wrangler is designed to give you everything you need to get on the road quickly, and at a substantial savings over purchasing these items individually.

The Alpha 2 tow bar is for use with towed vehicles up to 6,500 lbs. This easy foldaway tow bar mounts and stores on the back of the RV when not in use. It is self aligning, has quick disconnect hookup pins and Signature Series easy-release locking handles. It is constructed with solid steel. Safety cables are included.

Blue Ox baseplates are easy on your suspension and even easier on the eye, because they are designed with hidden reinforcements. Vehicle specific baseplate is integrated into the individual bumper design of the towed vehicle. Selected Blue Ox base plates have removable tabs that further enhance the aesthetics. When you aren't towing, just remove the tabs to make your baseplate virtually invisible to the casual observer.

Finally, we include a custom fit cover to protect your new tow bar and keep it looking great. Furthermore we include the BX8869 (Tail light wiring kit & bulbs and sockets) along with part number BX88206, 7-way (RV side) to 6-way (towed vehicle side) coiled cable.

Blue Ox BX1126 baseplate was designed for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler (JK models, equipped with OEM standard bumper). Blue Ox baseplates are easy on your suspension and pleasing to the eye because they are designed with hidden reinforcements. This vehicle specific baseplate is integrated into the individual bumper design of the towed vehicle. The BX1126 has removable tabs and takes approximately 2 hours to install.

BX1126 Baseplate Footnotes:

• 1-Bumper fascia must be removed and replaced during installation.
• 3-Requires some minor drilling
• 5-Requires some trimming of the belly pan.
• 13-Use only with motorhome mount tow bars or the BX8833 or BX88151 adapters. Removable tabs with only one (1) hole will not attach to car mount tow bars or other adapters. The Acclaim may only be used with removable tab baseplates that have a 22 or greater spaced tabs. The Adventurer may be used with baseplates having 18-41 spaced removable tabs. The Ambassador may only be used with 24 spaced removable tabs.
• Important Fitment Note: Will not fit "Call of Duty", "Moab", Rubicon 10th Anniversary Edition Models or 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL frames
• Important Towability Note: Blue Ox offers the above baseplate for your vehicle, but how that vehicle is equipped (i.e. automatic transmission, 4-wheel drive, etc.) must be considered when determining its towability. Please read the owner's manual and/or consult your dealer for the correct towing procedures for your vehicle. Additional equipment such as a transmission pump or driveshaft disconnect may be required and are sold separately. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in damage to the towed vehicle or personal injury.
