Blue Ox hitch head is for NEW style SwayPro trunnion style weight distribution kits. Will not work in for trailers that have a underslung inchBottom mounted inch coupler.
- Will not work with the old style Blue Ox SwayPro weight distribution kits - Older style heads were adjustable - New style heads are not.
- This part number is for the SwayPro Head only, shank not included
- Gunmetal powder coat finish
