Converts B&W gooseneck hitches to fifth wheel rails. NOT compatible with Ram, Chevy, Ford, Titan XD OEM gooseneck hitches or shallow-hole gooseneck hitches.

• Shank hole is 2.25" from plate surface
• Bed liners and bed mats may affect the fit, trimming may be necessary
• Will not work with fifth wheel hitches or pin boxes that rotate
• Will not work with auto-slide fifth wheel hitches
• Do not use with B&W Patriot fifth wheel sliders
• Will not work with any 2013-2016 Ram 3500 or 2014-2018 Ram 2500 trucks that has a B&W Turnover Ball Hitch installed
• Will not work with any 2007 and later Toyota Tundra with B&W Turnover Ball Hitch installed
• Will not work with 2017 and later Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty that has a B&W Turnover Ball Hitch installed
