Rigid Hitch advertises this as a "10 to...Rigid Hitch advertises this as a "10 ton (20,000 lb) Pintel Hitch Kit". We opened the box and the Mounting Plate has a label that says Gross Weight 15,000 lbs. Now why would anyone purchase a 20,000 lb hitch if the rating on the plate is 15,000 lbs??? The customer service jerk at Rigid said we could ship the whole kit back (AT OUR EXPENSE). If you scroll all the way down to Product Description you will see at the very bottom: 15,000 lbs gross trailer weight rating, 1,500 lb tongue weight rating. Hey, Rigid Hitch... that's called FALSE ADVERTISING! How many people have you screwed with this "10 Ton Kit"?
