Ratcheting arms only grab the wheels. Fits most frame sizes, shapes and styles. Rear wheel ratchet strap firmly hold bikes and secure wheels. Fits 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch class I, II, III or IV hitch receivers.  Fits most frame sizes, shapes and styles of bikes.  Tilts down to allow access to rear-of-vehicle even while bikes are loaded.  Zero frame contact.  Integrated locking cable included.  Maximum capacity is 45 pounds per bike.
